Order, payment & pickup terms

One run and one destination per order

Choose one Wednesday or Saturday date and one delivery address or the House of Cielo pickup option. You may combine half-dozens, dozens and mixed boxes. A single delivery or pickup/handling fee applies per order. Separate destinations or run dates require separate orders.

Order and payment deadlines

Wednesday orders and payment close Tuesday at 5 PM Eastern. Saturday orders and payment close Friday at 5 PM Eastern. Cash App and Venmo orders are pending until the office verifies the actual payment. Late payments do not automatically reserve a closed run; the office must arrange another run or a refund.

Arrival and pickup

Delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed appointments. Special arrival-time requests are not automatically accepted. For pickup, wait for the ready-for-pickup notice and the confirmed collection window. House of Cielo is at 212 State St, Binghamton, NY 13901. Staff must have the labeled boxes before they can be collected.

Availability and changes

Items depend on store availability. No unapproved flavor substitution should be made. Contact the office promptly for cancellations or changes; after the purchasing cutoff they need individual review. If we cancel the run, we will arrange a refund.

Ingredients and handling

These are standard doughnuts, not allergen-free products. Consult the original manufacturer's current ingredient and allergen information. Delivery instructions are not a way to request allergy-safe preparation. No promises of a specific doughnut temperature or an exact arrival minute are made.

Independent service

This delivery/pickup service is operated by BINGSERV / Pronghorn Express with House of Cielo as the pickup location. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Krispy Kreme.
