What this order form collects

Your name, mobile number, email, selected boxes, run date, delivery address or pickup choice, and optional instructions are used to process and fulfill your order. Your text consent choice and timestamp are saved with the order.

Who receives the information

BINGSERV / Pronghorn Express use the information for payment checks, dispatch, and customer service. House of Cielo may receive the minimum information needed for pickup, such as the order reference, collection name and box list. Payment providers, order hosting/storage and notification providers process the information necessary for their services.

Payments

Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout, not collected by this webpage. Cash App and Venmo payments go to the displayed business profiles. Never enter your payment-app password into this site.

Texts are optional and order-specific

Opting into delivery updates does not enroll you in promotional texts for any partner company. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Order email updates remain available when you decline texts.

Access and retention

Order records are restricted to authorized office staff and service providers. Operational records are retained for fulfillment, support and applicable recordkeeping needs. Contact the office to request access, correction, or deletion subject to applicable retention requirements. Never place passwords, door access codes, or sensitive medical information in delivery instructions.
